Zoya Posh and Dovima matte polishes

I love matte polishes, I just love the smooth finish and the overall look. I was super excited when Zoya re-released some of their colours as the Zoya matte formula is fantastic. For this design I managed to still keep to my Valentine's Day theme by adding some roses. The roses are from Emily de Molly plate EDM05 and I used Dovima to stamp with. I can't wait to try the other colours!

Have a fabulous hump day, I can almost see the weekend from here :) Tx

Negative Space - Heart design

This was my first time trying negative space nails. My lines aren't perfect but I do like the look of negative space nails. I used OPI In the Cable Carpool Lane, I love how easy it is to apply, the richness of the colour and the jelly look of the polish. For the heart I used One Nail to Rule Them All's tutorial but I didn't outline the heart so just used acetone to remove the lines to make a heart shape. It was easier than I thought it would be. I think I will try negative space designs again as I do really like them just for something different :).

Have a great day, Tx.

AN Monday - theme Valentine's Day

I found these nail decals and knew I had to do a Valentine's Day design with them. I just love pink and black together! The pink is my favourite baby pink, OPI Mod About You, this is the only nail polish that I am already on my second bottle. The black is Zoya Raven and I find it a great black to do nail art with as it doesn't smear. Now I wouldn't normally wear a bow but this was such a cute look it needed a little bit of bling.

Monday already, but it's my son's birthday today so I'm not too said it's already Monday. Hope this week is a great one for you, Tx.

Powder Perfect Polish Valentine's Duo

This gorgeous duo adds to my point that Valentine's Day doesn't need to be red or pink. I love that Powder Perfect Polish stepped outside the box in creating their Valentine's Day duo. The first polish in the duo is the gorgeous deep blue creme Loves Lost. This is a stunning polish just on it's own! The colour is gorgeous and application fabulous. The first coat was a little streaky but the second fixed it all and leaves you with a shiny gorgeous creme. I love it!

The second polish is a glitter topper named Jar of Hearts. On it's own, it's a stand out polish, with cute black and purple/magenta hearts and a feast of many other types of glitter. Over Loves Lost it shines and the glitters perfectly compliment the gorgeous blue creme. I dabbed on one coat and using my stand the bottle upside down before use method I didn't have to hunt for any of the larger glitters. They came out easily on the brush. I love both polishes and really like a Valentine's Day duo with a twist. This polishes are available on the Powder Perfect Polish website and are AUD $10 for a 12ml bottle. Powder Perfect Polish is 5 free.

These polishes were sent to me for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Please note computer monitors may vary in colour display.

Peach Valentine's Nail Design

Valentine's Day designs don't have to be pink or red, today's design is in the gorgeous peaches n' cream by piCture pOlish with grey, white and a deeper peach. My index finger I painted peaches n' cream, added one coat of top coat and let it dry. I then added striping tape and painted one coat of Zoya Dove over the nail, tape and all. I counted to 10 and removed the striping tape with tweezers, added a layer of topcoat and it's done. For my middle finger I did a base colour of white, added topcoat and let it dry. I then used Zoya Kelly, Zoya Dove, butter London Trout Pout and piCture pOlish peaches n' cream for hearts made with a dotting tool. My ring and pinkie fingers were done in peaches n' cream and dove with small white dots. I love the colours together :)

It's Sunday here, weekends go way too fast, hope you're enjoying yours, Tx.

Powder Perfect Polish - 4 Poster Bed

This is the first polish from our Abandoned Mansion Collection and as a first it leaves me longing to see the rest of the collection. 4 Poster Bed is rich in colour and the glitters are so gorgeous that perfectly compliment each other. I love it and think it has the perfect name, it looks like romance in a bottle. The base is a gorgeous cranberry deep red, with gorgeous glitters in gold, purple and a coppery colour that adds a pop to the colours. I am wearing two dabbed coats with topcoat and I love the depth this polish gives. It's the perfect polish for Valentine's Day and as we move into Autumn. I just can't wait to see the rest of the collection! This polish is available on the Powder Perfect Polish website and is AUD $10 in a 12ml bottle. Powder Perfect Polish is 5 free.

Dotticure Valentine's Day Nail Design

Another super easy and fun Valentine's mani. This one is Essie Brazilliant for the gorgeous shimmery pink, OPI Mod About You, OPI Sparrow Me The Drama and Brazilliant for the dots. The hearts were made using a sticking decal, you paint over the decal, carefully remove the sticker and top coat the design.

Yay for Friday, hope your week has gone well, Tx.
