Gloss n'Sparkle - One Step Beyond review

Today I have a gorgeous polish by Gloss n'Sparkle an amazing Aussie Indie. One Step Beyond is a stunning polish with a deep purple jelly base and dot, square and hex glitter in pink, fuchsia, sky blue and teal. The large pieces of glitter were easy to capture and the formula just perfect. I only need one dabbed coat of polish and the glitters built up to create that fabulous layered look. I finished with one coat of top coat. One Step Beyond really is a show stopper and I didn't want it take it off. Simply gorgeous!

Gloss N' Sparkle Goblins Grave

This one is so gorgeous I don't know what took me so long to try it. In a gorgeous dark green jelly the hex glitters shine through beautifully and provide a great contrast to the base. It has that gorgeous extra shine that a jelly provides though I did add top coat for protection. Just gorgeous!

OPI glitter sandwhich - Polka.com, My Vampire is Buff and Don't Touch my Tutu

This original look came from Cutie-cles and I loved it so much I had to buy Don't Touch my Tutu just to try it out. So firstly there is a base of OPI My Vampire is Buff. Then I used a thin coat of OPI polka.com. To add the jelly look I added two very thin coats of the sheer white OPI Don't Touch my Tutu. I love the look and how it softens the colours of polka.com. It's refreshing and so pretty.

Zoya - Frida - Jelly Gradient

I don't like visible nail line (VNL) but I love the look of this enough to forgive it. I used Zoya Frida and started painting at my nail tip. I did one coat up to the first fourth of the nail, then next you do to the halfway mark, third is to the 3/4 mark and then I finished with two full coats. It looks great in real life and I adore this range of jelly colours by Zoya, they are easy to use and so glossy. Dry time is a little longer than usual but that just means I need to be more patient :)

Deborah Lippmann - Let's Go Crazy

Let's Go Crazy is based on a Prince (or an artist formerly known as Prince) song, and of course what colour goes with Prince but purple :). I really like this polish it's fun and super easy to apply. It has a deep purple jelly base and is loaded with small and large multicolour glitters. I chose not to use a base coat and I am wearing three coats here. The glitter spreads beautifully, you can apply like a creme polish but to get the best out of the glitter it's best to use the dabbing method. I love Deborah Lippmann and can't wait to get my hands on the mermaid collection.

Aussie Nails Monday - Flowers Zoya Paloma

This look is based on a look by Oliveview Fashion, I just loved it and loved the 3d effect of the design. I don't think mine shows the depth as well, but for next time I know to do more flowers and overlap them more. It was a little painful to do, lots of time waiting for jelly to dry or dots to dry.

So I began with one coat of a jelly Zoya'a Paloma, I did two flowers with OPI Mod About You and waited for them to dry. Next stage I did the same thing but with only one flower, this is where I should have done more. I continued until I had the above design. I think it's 5 coats, so lots of waiting though the wait time on the jelly was less than I thought it would be.

In the end I still really like the look and know how to improve next time :)
