Aussie Aussie Ausie Oi Oi Oi

Just a fun little mani in green and gold to continue celebrating Australia week. I used Zoya Josie and Darcy for this look. The photos aren't the best as I took them under artificial lighting, I really need to work on making artificial lighting work for me but I just love natural light. Hope everyone enjoy their Australia Day whether you're at the beach, a BBQ or just with friends and family. Have a good one, Tx.

A perfect Aussie summer day the beach nail art

Continuing my Aussie theme for this week is my attempt of a free hand beach. It's my favourite place to be and Australia is full of the most gorgeous beaches. I love the final look, it's always good when a plan comes together. My index has a seagull and beach ball, my middle finger is a surfboard, ring finger is the corner of a beach towel and another seagull and my pinkie is a sand castle.

Polishes I used are Zoya Josie for the green, a mix of Zoya Edie, Blu and Rocky for the ocean, the towel is Micky for the pink and Darcy for the yellow. The base colour you can see as the sky is butter London Fiver, the sand butter London cuppa and the sandcastle is butter London Yummy Mummy.

It's Saturday here, I hope you all have a fabulous weekend, Tx

Emily de Molly - Absent Minded

Today I have a new divine polish by Emily de Molly. It simply is to die for! With a gorgeous purple jelly based this polish has just the right amount of glitter. There is Iridescent glitter that flashes from blue to green, as well as copper, blue and red glitters. The copper in this polish really makes it and adds a fabulous pop to the polish. I am wearing two coats with top and the application was flawless as it is with every Emily de Molly polish.

Emily de Molly is available in Australia here and excitingly for my International followers you can buy all the latest and older polishes from Femme Fatale Cosmetic. Consider a group buy to share the postage costs and everyone can have the newest polishes shortly after they're released.

Celestial Cosmetics - review part 2 holos Moonlight Glow, Sun Kissed and In the Navy

I have more of Celestial Cosmetics holos to share with you today. The first one here is Moonlight Glow that is a dusty soft pink with hints of blue. I am wearing 3 coats here and application was a breeze. It's a very pretty pink and I'm not a huge pink fan.

This next holo is Sun Kissed. It is an orange leaning to copper holo, very unique to anything I have seen before. I am wearing 4 thin coats and I love how this one looks on me. It is really different for a holo colour but it works perfectly with loads of holo power.

Lastly is this beauty In the Navy. I love this colour the deep blue is just gorgeous! Again it was simple to apply and I am wearing 3 coats. The holo power is amazing and it is always that big stronger in darker colours. I was super impressed with this polish and the gorgeous colour.

These polishes were sent to me for an honest review. All opinions are my own. Please note computer monitors may vary in colour display.

Koala and gum leaves nail art

I painted a little Koala and some gum leaves to keep to my Aussie theme. I really like the little guy he's cute. My base colour is OPI Mermaid Tears, the leaves are Zoya Josie, the koala is Zoya Dove and the black Zoya Raven. I painted them with a thin nail art brush except for the middle of the Koala's head which I used a nail polish brush to make the shape.

Hope you're having a fab week, Tx.

Femme Fatale Cosmetics Vortex Remnants

This is a really pretty polish by Femme Fatale Cosmetics. In a rich purple jelly base it is packed full of glitter in red and purple. I love the red diamonds, especially they add a fabulous pop to the polish. I am wearing this on it's own and have used 2 dabbed on coats with top coat. It is hard to get smooth so a couple of coats of top coat helps with that. Femme Fatale has many of their own gorgeous polishes as well as stocking many Aussie Indies. Excitingly for my International followers they ship internationally! So not only can you get your hands on some Femme Fatale Cosmetics polishes you can also include other Aussie Indies in your order. It's a great way to lay your hands on the newest polishes our Indies release. Visit Femme Fatale Cosmetics for more details.

Miss Ashleigh - And it was all Yellow and Show us Your Watermelons

Miss Ashleigh has done the most amazing bright and funky creme polishes just perfect for our Aussie summer. To grab some for yourself visit Miss Ashleigh at her website and keep up to date with all the news from Miss Ashleigh on her Facebook page. All Miss Ashleigh products are Australian made with a 5 Free formula.

This first one And it was all Yellow is so vibrant and fun! Apart from having a fabulous name, from one of my all time fav Coldplay songs it's the perfect yellow neon. As neons all tend to apply a little streaky I popped this one over a one coat white base and application was really great, very very minimal streaking. The finish on these cremes in impeccable and while I did use a top coat they don't need one for glossiness as they dry incredibly glossy. Then of course me being me did a little nail art :). I really like this colour and it's been the perfect weather to wear it in :)

This beauty is Show us Your Watermelons and wow bestill my heart it is the perfect watermelon shade! Not red, not orange, not pink but truly watermelon. I am wearing three coats and have minimal vnl. As with And it was all Yellow it really didn't need a top coat as it has amazing glossiness on it's own. The formula was fantastic and there were no streaky issues. I just adore this colour and how unique it is.
