Love, Love, Love - Love is all you need

Sorry I have "all You Need is Love" stuck in my head, be happy you can't hear me singing :) Today's nails are simple but fun. I used a custom Powder Perfect pink and the deep lilac is one I made. It's a little more girly than what I normally wear but it's nice to step out of my comfort box. I hand painted the hearts hence some being wonky. I should be wearing my winter colours still as it's been freezing here but I seem to be attracted to the brighter and pastels right now. At least we are in the last month of winter! I can't wait for spring :)

Teal and Gold Nails

Hope you're week is going well. For today's look I just have to say I love teal and gold together they are a match made in heaven <3. My index and ring finger is Kester Black Laguna, the gold is OPI Love.Angel.Music.Baby. For the heart I used a heart shaped hole puncher on some sticky tape, I then place it on my nails and carefully paint the hear before pulling off tape and adding a layer of top coat. Love.Angel.Music.Baby doesn't need top coat as it has a satin finish but I did use top coat and it still looks pretty. It's a simple design to do but it looks fabulous in the end :)

Peach Valentine's Nail Design

Valentine's Day designs don't have to be pink or red, today's design is in the gorgeous peaches n' cream by piCture pOlish with grey, white and a deeper peach. My index finger I painted peaches n' cream, added one coat of top coat and let it dry. I then added striping tape and painted one coat of Zoya Dove over the nail, tape and all. I counted to 10 and removed the striping tape with tweezers, added a layer of topcoat and it's done. For my middle finger I did a base colour of white, added topcoat and let it dry. I then used Zoya Kelly, Zoya Dove, butter London Trout Pout and piCture pOlish peaches n' cream for hearts made with a dotting tool. My ring and pinkie fingers were done in peaches n' cream and dove with small white dots. I love the colours together :)

AN Monday - hearts

For this week's theme hearts, I didn't want to go for a heart overload so chose this look where the hearts are subtle. I used Zoya Micky which is a gorgeous new creme polish by Zoya. I'm not usually a pink girl but this shade is beautiful and on the cusp of being a coral. For the black I used butter London Union Jack Black. The hearts were made with both a dotting tool and a nail art brush.

I love how it turned out :)
