Grace-full Nails Christmas mini packs

I've made a couple of Christmas sets, the first includes five 5ml bottles for $20 and the second has five 8ml bottles for $32. Great as stocking stuffers or a Secret Santa gift.

Three of the polishes will only be available in these mini sets.

I've only made a couple so grab one now from my Grace-full Nail Polish etsy store.

Above is Vixen, the little brother to Mount Doom from the Fellowship collection. Vixen is a light red, leaning towards orange in comparison to Mount Doom. It has gold super holographic glitter that makes it an awesome sparkler.

This green is Blitzen. It has similar glitters to Emerald Green but has a green jelly base so that it can be worn on it's own.The holo glitters have far more sparkle than photos show.

Our next red is Rudolph. It has similar holo glitters to Crimson but is in a red jelly base so it can be worn on it's own. Like Blitzen there are far more sparkles than photo shows.

Dasher is Gold from the Nail that Accent collection in a smaller size with a new name for the Christmas packs.

Comet is also from the Nail that Accent collection. It is Silver in a smaller size with a new name for the Christmas packs.

Celestial Cosmetics Christmas Carols Collection

Celestial Cosmetics are releasing their Christmas Carols Collection tonight at 7pm. This collection is a beauty and I love that while these polishes are still perfect for the Christmas season every one of them could be worn at any time of the year. The collection includes two holos, two crelly and two jelly polishes. Don't forget to pick yours up tonight at Celestial Cosmetics.

The first one I want to share is Silent Night. This is just exquisite, it has a charcoal grey base with a gorgeous gold shimmer throughout the polish. I loved this one from the very first stroke I put on my nail. There are so many holos available but I love that this one is like nothing I've seen before. Application was two coats and this one is a winner in my eyes.

The next beauty is Santa Claus is Coming to Town - a pink holo which on me leans towards a coral but in other swatches I've seen it is much more pink so it must be my skin tone. I wasn't able to pick it up but it has some blue micro glitter throughout. As always with Celestial holos application is so easy it just about paints itself on. I am wearing three thin coats with top coat.

Deck the Halls is next and you know I love a jelly. This one does not dissapoint with it's bright glitter colours and it's deep purple base. I love both dot glitter and diamond glitter and both in a jelly makes me swoon :). Deck the Halls applied beautifully with great glitter pay off and I am wearing two dabbed coats with top coat.

I really do like all the polishes in this collection but this one Let it Snow makes my heart sing. The pastel blue is just the perfect pastel blue colour and the blue flakies and white microglitter finish it off nicely. I am wearing three thin coats and application was simple. Sigh isn't it beautiful?

The second crelly of the collection is O' Christmas Tree and is based on Nicki the brains behind Celestial Cosmetics own Christmas tree. I can only imagine how pretty it must be with the pink and purple. Again it speaks to my heart with the fabulous dot glitters. I am wearing three thin coats with top coat. Glitter payoff was great and it applied beautifully.

The last one is Jingle Bell Rock and as Nicki says this one means Party Time. With a yellow jelly base it has glitters in neon yellow, gold and white holo, white flakies and orange-green shifting iridescent glitter. It also has a little scattered holo through out that adds to the party atmosphere. I am wearing three thin coats with top coat.

Well that brings us to the end, I just love Christmas polishes! Don't forget these pretties go on sale tonight at Celestial Cosmetics.

An Monday theme - purple - Grace-full Nail Polish Gandalf's Fireworks

I'm so sorry I haven't had much time on my blog lately. I'm in the midst of a new collection and all my nail time is taken up with testing prototypes again and again until I have them exactly as I want them. I have just reformulated Gandalf's Fireworks so I was lucky for this AN Monday that I was actually wearing it while the purple theme was current. It's a deep purple jelly base packed with holo violet, matte teal, holo gold, copper and holo blue glitters. The playful bright colours represent the fireworks for the celebration of Bilbo's 111th birthday. This is a new formula with just a slight change in glitter to the older one.

I will definitely be doing a December full of Christmas designs, part of the reason why I want to do all the wearing and testing of the new collection now. Between now and then I do have a couple of how to posts planned and want to show you what a media kit is and how you go about making your own as well as some simple tutorials on how I apply jelly polishes etc. So please stay around I will be back :)

Have a fabulous week, Tx

AN Monday (on a Tuesday) - location theme

This week's theme was he polish in the right hand front corner of your second drawer/box/row of the storage system closest to where you paint your nails. Mine was Zoya Mieko, it's meant to be a cerise colour but mine is far more orange than cerise. I used a Stuck on Love Decal I bought from Powder Perfect to make the mermaid scales using Zoya Ziv as a base. I totally love this polish and this look at it was really easy to do :)

Have a wonderful week, Tx.

Powder Perfect present an Indie Extravaganza Volume 2

The second volume of the Indie Extravaganza is releasing this morning the 8th November. The brain child of Jacinta from Powder Perfect this extravaganza will include fifteen polishes in total from Australian Indie brands. Each volume will include five brands with a polish created as their 'signature' polish. This is the second Volume.

This second volume will be on sale on at Powder Perfect website. Each volume of 5 polishes is RRP $50 plus shipping as normal - This Volume will be limited to 20 sets released to the public

The first polish is from Shades of Phoenix and is Triton. I adore the colour of this crelly as it's a gorgeous bright blue - a little bit duller than photos show but still a gorgeous colour. There are blue and white glitter in hexes and triangles. It applied perfectly and I am wearing three thin coats with top coat.

The second offering is from one of my favourites Hollish Nails and is Office Party. This subtle glitter crelly is a grey crelly with just the right amount of bright coloured glitter. I am wearing three thin coats with top coat and the formula was great.

Number three is from Peita's Polish and is named Flying Trapeze. It has a hot pink jelly base with small bright pieces of glitter throughout. It has a shimmer running through out. I am wearing three coats with top coat and I had no problems with the formula.

Number 4 is my favourite - this polish makes my heart sing. From Two Birds Lacquer this is Popcorn. I adore this colour it's so pretty and looks great with my skin tone. To me I love the amount of green that is in the yellow, it's just perfect for summer. In the crelly base is teeny black micro and some larger white hexes. It applied like a breeze and I know I will get a lot of wear from this one.

Last but definitely not least is PrettyPots Polish - Secrets of Her Majesty. I am terribly sorry I didn't get any sun shine shots but the weather and my health have been against me. From the way the holo shows inside I'm sure it's just incredible outside. It's a pretty purple a tad darker than my photos came out. Application was simple with two coats and top coat.
