Sapphires of Tarth - Seven Kingdoms Collection - Celestial Cosmetics and Color4nails

This is another absolutely stunning Multichrome from Celestial Cosmetics and Color4Nails Seven Kingdoms Collestion. This one called Sapphires of Tarth is described as a chameleon colour polish with a deep blue bas that shifts from Cyan/Blue/Purple/Red/. The castle of Tarth is located on the west coast of the island. It is the home of Brienne of Tarth. Jaime Lannister tells Locke that Tarth is called "The Sapphire Isle" because every sapphire in the Seven Kingdoms was mined on it. Briene latter points out that it is actually called this because of the blue water that surrounds the island.

This polish is so gorgeous! As with King Slayer it is a heavily pigmented colour and is opaque in two coats. I also tried it over black base and after taking over a 100 photos with and without black it was obvious the the colour change was stronger over black. It isn't completely needed for everyday wear but to be able to show you all the colour changes in my swatches it was the best way to achieve it. All photos have top coat as I also took photos with and without to see if it changed the colour shifting ability and it didn't. It is opaque in two coats on it's own but colour shifted best with three. Here I am wearing two thin coats over black. It applies like a dream with minimal brush strokes. Simply stunning!!

Celestial Cosmetics are proud of the fact that all our Nail Polish is 3 Free (Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free) and lovingly hand mixed.
