Laidback Challenge - Saran Wrap

I've never done a saran wrap mani before (or Glad Wrap mani - where I live) and I am surprised and happy this was finally a mani that is as easy as it looks :).

I used China Glaze Secret Peri-wink-le for the the base colour and China Glaze Manhunt on top.
I love how it turned out.

To do a saran wrap mini you paint what will be your base coast on as you normally would. Allow it to dry fully. Then have saran wrap (Glad wrap) cut into pieces and loosely crumpled ready and paint one coat on top. Then dot the saran wrap over the nail and it will pick polish off and leave the marbled effect. It's best to do the top coat one at a time as you need the polish to still be wet.

Hope everyone's had a great weekend!

  1. Looks awesome, like denim. I think this might actually be an idea I could do on my tiny nails and not look too crowded. Great job darl!
